NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO SELL INTOXICATING LIQUORS

The following named person hereby made application to the Town Board of the Town of Forest for license to sell intoxicating liquors as follows:

Larry and Stephanie Tiberg, LST Properties, LLC., Papa’s T’s, 2697 State Road 64, Emerald, WI, 54013, Class “B” Retail Fermented Malt Beverage License, Class “B” Intoxicating Liquor License in building located on the following described property: Building on Sec. 31, T31N, R15W, commencing with the northeast corner of the NE, NE TH, S 7-1/2 rods, E to ½ ft., N 7 ½ rods, E to POB excluding living quarters.

December 10, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

This notice is published in accordance with Wisconsin Laws, Chapter 176.
