MEETING REGARDING NON-METALLIC MINE OPERATORS LICENSE ORDINANCE

NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town of Forest Plan Commission is considering recommending that the Forest Town Board adopt a proposed town Non-Metallic Mine Operators License Ordinance in the Town of Forest. A copy of the proposed Non-Metallic Mine Operators License Ordinance is posted on the Town website www.Townofforest.org and can be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk at foresttownclerk@gmail.com or 612-695-6447.

A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED NON-METALLIC MINE OPERATORS LICENSE ORDINANCE will be held by the Town Plan Commission and/or the Town Board on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 7p.m. at the Forest Town Hall, 1895 Highway D, Emerald WI 54013.

PLAN COMMISSION MEETING

Directly after the public hearing, the Plan Commission will meet to discuss
the proposed Non-Metallic Mine Operators License Ordinance and take possible action on recommending the proposed ordinance, with any recommended changes, to the Town Board for adoption. The Plan Commission meeting will be at the Forest Town Hall, 1895 Highway D, Emerald, WI 54013, directly after the public hearing. See future posting for additional Plan Commission agenda items.
