NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PLAN COMMISSION MEETING REGARDING DRAFT TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town of Forest Plan Commission is considering recommending that the Forest Town Board adopt a proposed town zoning ordinance that will establish zoning districts and zoning regulations that will apply to all property in the Town of Forest. The proposed zoning ordinance will change the allowable use of all property within the Town. A copy of the proposed zoning ordinance and zoning map is posted on the Town website www.Townofforest.org and can be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk at foresttownclerk@gmail.com or 715-265-4777.

A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE and ZONING MAP will be held by the Town Plan Commission and/or the Town Board on Wednesday, October 9th, at 7 p.m. at the Forest Town Hall, 1895 Highway D, Emerald WI 54013.

PLAN COMMISSION MEETING

Directly after the public hearing, the Plan Commission will meet to discuss
the proposed zoning ordinance and zoning map, and take possible action on recommending the proposed zoning ordinance and zoning map, with any recommended changes, to the Town Board for adoption.
