Notice: Town of Forest Plan Commission Meeting
Wednesday, October 9th, 2013, Forest Town Hall, 1895 Hwy D, Town of Forest. The estimated time of the Plan Commission meeting is 9:00 p.m., but it will start immediately following the Public Hearing on draft Zoning Ordinance which begins at 7:00 p.m. on October 9th, so Plan Commission meeting may start earlier or later than 9 p.m.

Agenda:
1.Call meeting to order
2.Compliance with open meeting law
3.Public input
4.Discussion of any new Highland Wind information
5.Discussion of proposed Town of Forest Zoning ordinance and Zoning map with any recommended changes and potential action on recommending the proposed Town of Forest Zoning Ordinance and Zoning map to the Town Board for adoption.
6.Discussion and possible action on resolution recommending approval of amended Town of Forest comprehensive plan.
7.Potential agenda items for next meeting.
8.Set next meeting time and date.
9.Adjourn

It is also noted that members of the Town Board may be in attendance at the meeting. There may be a quorum of the Town Board.
Public input allowed during agenda item discussion at the discretion of the Plan Commission Chair.
Agenda subject to change up to 24 hours prior to meeting.
